Flexera launches APAC shard

SaaS-based IT management specialist Flexera now offers Flexera One running in its new APAC shard.

Flexera One covers IT visibility, IT asset management, cloud migration and modernisation, and cloud cost optimisation.

The new shard is said to provide APAC customers with greater performance and regional data residency.

It is located in Australia, which makes the announcement good news for potential customers that require their data stays onshore.

The APAC shard was expected to become available in the fourth quarter of 2022.

"By launching the shard, a new hosting location dedicated to customers in APAC, Flexera is able to extend the unique benefits of Flexera One to customers in this region, supporting their strategic initiatives while complying with data regulations," said Flexera APAC vice president David Jensen.
