Digitalk and SourseAI partner to create solution for MVNOs Featured

Australian AI decision intelligence platform, SourseAI, has partnered with UK-based mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) Digitalk, and its MVNE-as-a-Service platform, targeting MVNOs.

The partnership aims to create an end-to-end solution for new MVNOs or organisations looking to add a mobile service as a revenue stream.

The solution combines Digitalk’s MVNE as-a-Service platform that gives new MVNOs tools to launch and automate their business, with SourseAI’s decision intelligence engine, Atlas, so they can understand their customers' behaviour and make better business decisions.

According to SourseAI, combining Digitalk and SourseAI’s capabilities gives new MVNOs the capability to clearly define and engage their audience, create an offering that will resonate with the market, build a seamless customer journey and automate backend processes.

The offering includes tools for customer onboarding and logistics, billing, CRM, customer service, decision intelligence, customer lifecycle management, campaign management and more.

Paul Bassa, Executive VP of Mobile Cloud at Digitalk says there many compelling examples of mobile services being used to drive loyalty in traditional industries.

"Mobile is a great offering to engage an existing customer base and generate loyalty. With traditional telcos struggling to innovate there’s never been a better time to start an MVNO," Bassa said.
