Brennan says the positions include professionals in Data & AI, Security, Principal Consultants for the Strategic Advisory Team, Software Developers, Functional Consultants and Senior Architects - with about 100 new team members to be employed within three months, and the remainder will be in place over the next twelve months.
Founder and Managing Director of Brennan, Dave Stevens, said the requirement to grow the Brennan team by around 20 per cent to approximately 1,300 had been fuelled by the current economic climate.
“Ironically, we are growing at a greater pace in the tough economic climate, as many customers want to increase productivity or reduce costs,” Stevens said.

“They are looking for technology partners who can either run their important digital assets for them or drive digitalchange to enable greater efficiency, cost reductions and or profitability.
“While the roles will be split across all of our offices, we will particularly look at increasing our presence in Perth,Adelaide and Darwin, and potentially open new offices in Canberra and Hobart.”
Stevens said that since the launch of the new Brennan Digital business last year, customers were increasingly looking for a simple and easy “one back to pat” service offering with a clear, single line of accountability for all their IT services.
“Customers are telling us that they want their applications in the hands of their end users working flawlessly and, when it stops working, they want one company to call to address it,” Stevens said.
“They don’t want to have to work through blame and finger pointing as a result of various vendors being involved in their digital transformations.
“For a customer it doesn’t matter if the issue is with the application, the database, device, internet link or the cloud platform - they want it made simple with one accountable party to fix the issue.”
