Tan brings more than 25 years' experience to NetApp. She joins the company from Finastra, where she served as APJ managing director of partner management and commercial sales.

Her previous roles include JAPAC head of channels and alliances for cloud infrastructure and security at Oracle, APJ head of global strategic partners at Broadcom Software (formerly CA Technologies), APJ head of strategic alliances and channels at HPE, senior managing consultant at IBM Consulting, and senior vice president and general manager of Chordiant APAC (now part of Pegasystems).
Earlier in her career Tan worked for SunGard (now part of FIS) as sales and marketing director, area sales manager at The Fantastic Corporation, and as an account executive at EDS (acquired by HP in 2008).
She holds a bachelor's degree in information systems and commerce from Curtin University, and an MBA from the Univeristy of Louisville
