Talent management cloud software provider Acendre (formerly NGA.NET) has appointed Sudeep Dharan as its chief technology officer.

"Sudeep brings a strong track record of technology-driven innovation that will enable us to meet future customer requirements and deliver our mission to empower organisations to improve their overall workforce performance," said co-founder and CEO Mike Giuffrida.

"Our unique value proposition focuses on organisations that require a cloud-based technology solution that supports complex business processes, high levels of interoperability and advanced analytics.

"Sudeep's depth of technology experience will enable us to rapidly extend these distinctive capabilities for our customers.
Dharan was previously senior vice president of product development at Razorsight, a provider of analytics solutions for communications service providers.

He has also served as vice president of engineering, support and IT at Netuitive, senior vice president product development and services at Intelliworks, and managing director of Trados.

Earlier in his career he worked for Legato and Informix.

Dharan holds a masters degree in computer science from Kansas Stare University.
