Haran joins Fluent Commerce from SAP where he most recently held the position of US Midwest regional vice president for customer experience, but previously served as APJ COO for customer experience.

He has also worked for IBM (most recently as ASEAN executive for web experience and social business), CSS (as IBM services practice head), Cognizant (as a senior associate), and Cybernet (as a program manager).

Haran holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from D.G. Vaishnav College (India)
