Eyre rises at Blue Prism

By

Robotic process automation specialist Blue Prism has promoted Greg Eyre to the role of vice president for Australia and New Zealand.

"Greg’s deep RPA expertise and track record of delivering a highly successful go-to-market strategy makes him the ideal person to take our ANZ business to the next level," said senior vice president and Asia Pacific general manager Mike Cawsey.

"He will be responsible for extending our market leadership position in ANZ, educating the market about how best to leverage RPA and developing our growing team across the region."

Eyre has been leading Blue Prism's ANZ direct sales team. He joined the company as partner manager, and was one of its first ANZ employees when the Sydney office opened in 2017.

He previously worked for Kofax, OpenText, IBM and Telecom New Zealand, and holds a BCom from Victoria University of Wellington.

"I'm looking forward to helping more enterprises leverage RPA as they transform from a digital to a cognitive future," said Eyre.

"Blue Prism are market leaders across ANZ and I will be seeking to ensure our local team continues to drive excellence, innovation and thought leadership within the RPA sector."

In related news, Blue Prism has appointed Robert Dewar to the newly created position of vice president of APAC financial services.

He joins the company from CGI Australia, but previously held senior management roles at Unisys.
