Reporting to BMC Asia Pacific President Gavin Selkirk, Chris Gibbs' appointment as new A/NZ MD follows BMC’s recent Exchange user conference, where the company unveiled its Digital Enterprise Management strategy – a set of IT solutions designed to help organisations make the transition to a digital business, from mainframe to mobile to cloud and beyond.

Gibbs joins BMC from the Endace Division of Avago Technologies, where he was VP of Sales APAC and Japan (APJ).
Prior to that, he was VP of Global Accounts for Global Communications Service Providers (GCSPs) in APJ at CA Technologies. Other previous executive roles across the APAC and Australasian region include Concord Communications, IBM, Rational Software and Telstra.

Chris holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Computing Studies from University of Canberra as well as a Diploma in Business Computing from University of New England.
