Certis Australia appoints new chief executive Featured

Security provider Certis Australia has appointed Brett Pickens as its new Chief Executive.

Pickens joins Certis with over two decades of industry experience across Australia and most recently with Securitas as the Divisional President Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Pickens joins Certis Australia most recently from Securitas where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer AMEA before moving into the Divisional Presidency in 2021.

“During his tenure, Securitas saw significant transformation and growth across the region,” notes Certis.

“Prior to Securitas, Brett held a number of roles across the industry including Commercial Director Asia Pacific with ISS, as well as National Strategy, Development and Commercial Management roles with Wilson Security and ISS Security across Australia, prior to this General Management roles in Western Australia and New South Wales.”
