Apart from the general Jelly Bean sweetness, Motorola is highlighting the Google Now and Google Voice Search features of Android 4.1.2.
Google Now is an opt-in feature designed to present information as you need it, such as a weather forecast at the start of the day, traffic conditions for your drive to work (the route is determined from your location history) or the time of the next train when you're standing on the platform.
Google Voice Search allows you to speak search terms instead of typing them in, and is activated by tapping the mic button in the search bar or saying "Google".
