Where iOS 15.5, iPadOS 15.5, and macOS 12.4 delivered some new features, tvOS 15.5 and watchOS 8.6 are more like macOS 11.6.6 and Security Update 2022-004 Catalina inasmuch as they only provide unspecified bug fixes and security updates.
