A newly published survey on 2021 global youth unemployment in several sectors including tech, has revealed that 26% of youth have spent the past 12 months job searching, with 67.9% citing ‘little or no work experience’ as one of their main barriers to employment.
The Elmo Employee Sentiment Report shows that workers in the information, media and technology (IMT) industry are twice as likely to be actively looking for a new job – inside or outside their current employer – than those in other industries.
