Malware MEDJACK.3 found on critical hospital devices

Malware targeting older embedded and Windows operating systems has been found on a range of network-connected medical devices including heart monitors, insulin pumps, MRI scanners, and X-ray machines in the UK.

Shamoon: control, alt, deletes – everything

New malware called Shamoon, a variant of the older DistTrack, has been found to erase all hard drives and mapped storage on networked Windows physical or virtual machines. It is so virulent that one it is in the network it is game over.
