The latest chapter of an ongoing scandal involving two senior IT executives at CBA, who have been charged by NSW police for alleged bribery, services giant CSC, and a US entrepreneur that sold his cloud services company to CSC, has seen US not-for-profit ACE Foundation launch a lawsuit against CBA seeking the return of US$2.53 million paid to the CBA executives.
