Australian executives believe 5G will benefit society as a whole, not just smartphone users, according to new research that reveals businesses also believe 5G will be the “most revolutionary” network development, and create new opportunities for monetisation of the technology.
Australians’ attitudes towards smart home technology means it will be some time yet before it is fully adopted, with the younger generation of Australians — those aged between 18 and 34 — concerned about the impact of technology in their homes, according to a new research report.
Forty-two percent of consumers in Australia now use digital voice assistants compared to 77% in China and 75% in India, according to a survey conducted by business services provider Accenture.
