Deel has long been a major player in global HR - you can use its platform to source and recruit people across the world, whether as employees or contractors, or as an employer of record. In fact, Deel makes its HRIS free for up to 200 workers which means you can have an enterprise product for nothing. If you're a business under 200 workers this can free you from an expected $20K pa in licensing for alternative products, and will still be there for you as your company grows.
