The affected NZXT cases have serial numbers in the ranges 1200233400001 to 1203962204202, 00648999610844189725 to 00648999610844206361, and 0120AC00100001 to 01211C01900285.
The problem is that the metal screws attaching the PCIe riser assembly to the frame can cause a short in the printed circuit board, which may result in overheating and a fire.
These cases were sold between 1 February 2020 and 16 February 2021 by a number of dealers including CPL, Harris Technology, Mwave, PC Case Gear, and Scorptec.
