It includes a two-microphone steerable array to reduce surrounding noises from your environment too and ensure everything you say is heard.
Additionally, it's full duplex so both sides of the call can speak and be heard simultaneously. It’s IP64 dust- and water-resistant. The microphone picks up from 1.5m away, and is suited for rooms up to 3m x 3m. The speaker is 40mm and includes bass reflect with dual passive radiators. It’s 32.5mm x 89.2mm x 182mm and weighs 280g.

iTWire has been testing the Poly Sync 10 out and found the voice quality was crisp, clear, and effortless. I placed it on my desk and sat normally in my chair and had no difficulty being understood, or understanding those I was speaking with. It delivered excellent audio and microphone pickup. It doesn’t offer Bluetooth, but does have a big brother - the Poly Sync 20 - which does. However, that’s no problem; plugging it into a docking station when sitting at your desk is a no-brainer, and it can plug directly into your laptop on the go.
