4 Feb 2010, Bath - Sidonis, the emerging new leader in service assurance, today announced the appointment of James Fox as its Vice-President of Technical Sales.

James joins the company from Amdocs, where he was Director of Solution Engineering, leading technical sales engagements at a range of major telecom service provider accounts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. James joined Amdocs through its acquisition of Cramer Systems in 2006. In a 10-year career at Cramer, from start-up to its ultimate acquisition by Amdocs, James played an integral role in establishing Cramer's reputation and advancing the business, with his contribution acknowledged by multiple executive achievement awards.
