Knoa Software Announces Record 300 Percent Growth in 2011

Company Reaches a Record Increase in Customer Implementations; Drives Global Expansion

Knoa® Software, the leading provider of end-user experience and performance management software, today announced it has experienced record momentum in quarter over quarter growth and in one of the most important areas of business success - customer implementations reaching production status.

In Q4 2011 Knoa experienced a 300 percent increase in customer implementations versus those that reached production status in Q4 2010.

This increase included major Global 5000 customers in a variety of industries including:

-- one of the top five mining companies in the world;

-- one of the top five aerospace and defense contractors;

-- two of the ten largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the world;

-- one of the top three companies in food consumer products;

-- one of the top three do-it-yourself home improvement companies;

-- one of the top ten oil companies and

-- several of the top industrial manufacturers of construction and building supplies.
