The Melbourne team of national recruitment firm, the Finite Group, has moved to new offices on the back of an expansion in headcount and business demand.

Now based at the prestigious 140 William Street building, the team has an ultra-modern office space to continue its incredible run of success.

Sean Duffy, who heads up the Victoria operation for Finite and FinXL, says this new office move is about empowering his team to work more efficiently and effectively.

"On the back of some big client wins and new projects, we needed a space that encouraged collaboration and openness across our team. We also needed to upgrade our teleconferencing and technology suite, so there was a natural synergy in doing a complete overhaul. As we continue to field a strong consultant bench and increase headcount, being able to give our people the space to do great work is a huge priority."

Managing Director Tracy Thomson is equally excited about the new office move.

"Our Melbourne team continually outperforms our expectations and delivers amazing value to our clients. Both our Finite and FinXL businesses have a strong reputation for excellent service delivery and relationship building in Victoria. And being able to use our new office to attract, energise and empower talent to continue that success is tied to our ongoing mission to connect great people. The new offices are beautiful, and they're a testament to the hard work and success of our Melbourne team."

The new office features a number of innovations designed to empower staff and provide options for flexibility. From standing desks and a fully-designed inspirational breakout room, to world-class teleconferencing facilities and quiet spaces for deep focus work, the new space has been designed to amplify Finite's value-led approach to teamwork and collaboration.
