Global IT firm Unisys Corporation has put up US$10,000 as a prize for anyone who can capture data and credentials protected by its Unisys Stealth cyber security solution at the RSA 2020 Conference in San Francisco this week.

The Unisys Stealth Capture the Flag contest will be held at the Moscone Centre on 26 February (US time). There will be two three-hour sessions, with one winner selected from each session.

Would-be winners will have to use their own equipment to capture protected credentials and hidden file information.

“We feel so confident in the ability of Stealth to protect our clients’ data that we are putting our money where our mouth is,” said Unisys chief information security officer Mat Newfield.

“In the event that any of the contest participants is able to ‘capture the flag,’ we will have our team ready to work through the necessary remediation steps.”

Interested participants can sign up before the 26th on the contest website. Twenty people will be allowed in per session There will be a maximum of 20 participants allowed per session.
