Tesserent offers cybersecurity support for Vocus’ clients

Cloud services provider Tesserent partners with Vocus to address the cybersecurity needs of the telco’s enterprise clients.

Tesserent says the partnership will initially focus on delivering consulting packages to Vocus’ 5000-plus enterprise and government clients including Essential 8 programs and testing/assurance/red team services.

The partnership will also see the delivery of key security product controls as well as Managed Security services like Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM).

“Increasingly critical infrastructure controls are coming under cyberattack. This partnership will enhance Tesserent’s profitable organic growth through access to clients that are currently not being addressed by our current client facing team,” claims Tesserent CEO Kurt Hansen.

“With Vocus’ Cyber 360 offering they have built over the last two years, they have become a strong force in the delivery of cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients,” comments Vocus chief executive enterprise and government Andrew Wildblood.

“When it comes to cybersecurity and secure cloud services, you need to know you’ve got the right level of expertise and support, and that your IT environment is operating in the way you want. We saw during the height of Covid the dramatic shifts our customers needed to make to their networks and operating models in order to keep their people safe and their businesses running. Now as organisations adjust to hybrid working as business-as-usual, it’s critical to know you have secure foundations in place to support your business,” concludes Wildblood.
