Vanessa Tout joins the company from Isobar, where she most recently worked as a client partner.
She previously worked at Digitas UK in various roles culminating in client director, at Engage Group as senior account manager, and at Tannissan Mae and Acumen Republic in account management roles.
Tout holds a BA in American studies and communications, and an LLB in media and international law from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand).

Oso-Hughes has extensive experience in creative director and art director roles, having worked for Isobar, Soap Creative, The Monkeys, DDB Sydney and Key Media.
During the last two years he has been working as a contract creative director with clients including Samsung, Unilever, Heinz and Golden Circile.
Oso-Hughes holds an honours degree in politics and history from the University of Salford (UK), and multiple industry certifications.
