Triggerfish picks Brown to lead UK operation

Brisbane-based CX and MarTech agency Triggerfish has appointed Oliver Brown to the role of UK head of UI design.

"We're thrilled to have Oliver at the helm of our UK expansion," said Triggerfish and parent company Rightscale Group CEO Ben Shapiro.

"His strong history of leadership and expertise in UI design will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand our offering both locally and globally.

"I'm confident that his innovative and modern approach to design, combined with our well-established tech expertise, will be a major differentiator for our agency."

Brown joins Triggerfish from TravelTime, where he served as head of design.

He was previously senior product designer at Krystal, head of creative direction at The Bard Collective, lead UI designer at Evosite, and a graphic designer at Stormfront Retail, Core Creative, Digitech Media, Signs Express, and Comm-Tech Voice & Data.

Brown is also co-founder and marketing director of Beatlab Audio, and holds a foundation degree in graphic communication from the University of Brighton (UK).

The newly established Triggerfish UK team also includes developers, a cloud architect and a sales executive.

"After continued success and growth in Australia over the last few years, we knew that the next step was to increase our international footprint and offer our services on a global scale," added Shapiro.

"With our team now spread across two continents, we're in a position to better service our current clients, but also expand our international client base.

"Building a presence in the UK market has been in our plans for some time now, so it's great to see them finally come to fruition. We can't wait to see where the next few years takes us."
