Paterson takes up ANZ role at Medallia

Experience management SaaS provider Medallia has appointed Heather Paterson as its ANZ country manager.

"Heather's results-driven approach, ability to build and manage teams and strong background in financial services technology - an important and growing sector for us - means she's ideally suited to run our business across Australia and New Zealand," said Medallia APAC vice president and general manager Gavin Selkirk.

"Australia was Medallia's first office in the region and as it continues to grow, we look forward to building our New Zealand presence which Heather will play an integral role in building."

Paterson joins Medallia from Intralinks, where her most recent position was director for Asia Pacific and Japan.

She previously held sales and business development management roles at Pointpal, Pareto Law, and Southwestern Company.

Paterson holds an LLB from the University of Glasgow.
