Mitroo takes on regional role at Aera

Enterprise cognitive technology provider Aera Technology has appointed Rajeev Mitroo as its Asia-Pacific managing director.

"Rajeev brings to Aera a proven track record of success in establishing, building and leading IT transformations in the Asia Pacific region," said chief executive Fred Laluyaux.

"His experience, knowledge and leadership will be critical to our company’s success and growth in the region."

Mitroo joined Aera from Anaplan, where he served as ANZ managing director.

He previously held sales leadership positions with Exinda, SAP, Business Objects, Vignette, Borland, Volera and Intel, as well as the role of ANZ managing director at Blue Coat Systems.
