Lee grows into CIO role at Cedar Woods


Property developer Cedar Woods Properties has promoted Jimmy Lee to the new role
of chief information officer.

"Jimmy is a high-performing and experienced professional who, having directed our successful, two-year implementation of integrated financial and business systems, will now shift his attention to boosting leads and sales by partnering with our national marketing manager to transform the company's marketing and sales functions," said Cedar Woods managing director Nathan Blackburne.

"This appointment increases Jimmy's ability to make a major contribution to the company, implementing initiatives that accelerate Cedar Woods' recovery from COVID-19."

Lee's previous role at Cedar Woods was that of digital & technology manager.

He joined the company in 2018 from Red Rock, where he was a solution architect.

Lee previously worked for Oakton as a principal consultant, WesTrac as an IT project manager, and for Toll Holdings in a variety of roles culminating in business solutions manager.

Earlier in his career he worked for St George Bank, PaperlynX and Kallis Bros.

Lee holds a double degree in information systems and Japanese studies from Curtin University of Technology.
