Sydney-based national recruitment and executive search firm Launch Recruitment has expanded its management and sales and marketing team with three new senior appointments.

Launch Recruitment founder and Managing Director Rebecca Wallace announced the appointment of Tanya Harvey as Operations Director, Kirsty Nelson as Senior ICT Sales Consultant and Muthu Nathan as the new National Marketing Manager.

Harvey joins the Sydney team along with Nathan, while Nelson is based in Launch’s Melbourne office.

Harvey has over 10 years experience in the recruitment industry and will be responsible for the company’s ISO quality assurance compliance, training and education program, directing the research team and assisting consultants in productivity improvement.

Harvey has worked across many industry sectors, and previously worked with Wallace in an international recruitment firm.

Nelson has over seven years experience in the recruitment industry, specialising in Sales and Marketing recruitment in Australia, New Zealand and London.

As head of the marketing team, Nathan brings over 12 years marketing experience to Launch, most recently focusing  on social media marketing in Australian and the Asian region.

Nathan, who will be responsible for Launch’s national marketing plan and driving the company’s social media strategy, specialises in content development and design and digital media.

“I’m thrilled to have Muthu, Tanya and Kirsty on board. It’s a challenge to find the exact right fit to the role as well as our culture and I’m pleased to say in these three amazing people we tick all boxes,” Wallace said.

“Their industry knowledge and experience has added huge value to the Launch team. Their appointments have come from an increasing demand from our clients and our commitment to being one of Australia’s leading recruitment firms.”

Launch’s national network includes a Brisbane office and the company services clients throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore in business sectors including telecommunications, IT, cloud, e-Health, sales and marketing, agribusiness, energy and utilities, and government.
