Communication and collaboration specialist Dialpad has made three appointments to its Australian team.

"I am delighted to welcome Niall [Madden], Roger [Rivera] and Cheyne [Egelton] to the Dialpad team," said Dialpad Australia country manager Gerard D'Onofrio.

"Together, Niall and Roger have the perfect combination of cloud and telephony experience to uplevel the Dialpad channel program like never before. Given the massive potential of the SMB market, having Cheyne on board to focus on those businesses exclusively is a great opportunity and I'm excited to see what we will accomplish."

Roger Rivera is now Dialpad's Sydney-based regional channel manager.

He joins the company from Arrow ECS, where he most recently worked in business development. He previously worked for Avnet.

Rivera holds a business and commerce degree from the University of Western Sydney, as well as multiple industry certifications.
