Business Aspect adopts co-leadership model

Consulting firm Business Aspect has appointed Kristian Hanlon and Peter Jarrett to the roles of co-leaders and joint general managers.

"Congratulations to both Kristian and Peter. Both are proven leaders and have been fundamental to the success of Business Aspect to date," said parent company Data#3's CEO and managing director Laurence Baynham.

"The company has built a stable and profitable foundation to position itself well for future growth. I'm confident that together in this co-leadership structure, they will lead the Business Aspect team in continuing to improve the performance of organisations by delivering business transformation through technology."

Hanlon joined Business Aspect in 2019 as a territory partner.

He was previously executive general manager at Oakton, client services delivery director at Enterprise Architects, client services director at FromHereOn, consulting and advisory services general manager at SMS Management & Technology, and managing consultant at Logica.

Hanlon holds an honours degree from London Metropolitan University.

"I'm excited to be part of this next chapter for Business Aspect, as co-general manager with Peter," he said.

"This shared leadership model will allow us to provide diversity of thought, different perspectives and improved decision making for Business Aspect. This will be extremely beneficial in contributing to the future growth of the company. Jarrett has been Business Aspect's head of operations since 2017.


He was previously digital delivery director at SMS Management & Technology, IT operations director at Ardent Leisure, and spent 11 years with Avanade, most recently as APAC application development service line lead.

Jarrett holds a bachelor of business and an MBA, both from Queensland University of Technology.
