Boyle joins Riverbed as APJ sales VP

Performance management and acceleration specialist Riverbed has appointed Nick Boyle to the role of APJ vice president of sales.

"Nick's skill set and experience working in fast-paced, innovative technology companies align with our strategic objectives, and he is well qualified to lead our team as we deliver critical solutions for our customers as they accelerate cloud, SaaS and hybrid workplace initiatives," said Riverbed COO Dan Smoot.

"Our APJ business is growing at an exceptional rate, and in 2021 we are well positioned to further extend our growth."

Boyle has more than 20 years of experience in the APAC software, data and analytics sector, and joins Riverbed from Sitecore where he served as vice president for Asia.

He previously worked as Adobe's APAC managing director, and held a series of roles at Experian, culminating in that of managing director for South East Asia and emerging markets. Earlier in his career Boyle worked in business development at HomeSolutions.

Boyle holds a bachelor of business degree from University of Technology Sydney.
