Ractliffe has worked in the IT infrastructure market for 26 years.

His CV includes serving as general manager for Australasia at IBM Internet Security Systems, commercial director at Earthwave (acquired by Dimension Data), and most recently as general manager for Australia and New Zealand at CSC CyberSecurity.

Ractliffe has an honours degree in business and economics from Thames Valley University.
