Naylor joins Onapsis from Brightcove, where he served as senior vice president of sales.
He previously held similar positions at Extreme Networks, Riverbed, Transmode Systems, Infinera, Sonus Networks, RSA, ITS/Equant, and Case Communications Systems, after starting his career in sales roles at GEC and Plessey.
Naylor holds a BA in economics from the University of Manchester.
