Pat O'Sullivan takes on the role of independent chair. He has more than 30 years of commercial and business management experience, and is currently the non-executive chair of carsales.com, deputy chair of TechnologyOne and a non-executive director of Afterpay.
O'Sullivan was previously a non-executive director of APN Outdoor, iSentia, Marley Spoon, iSelect and iiNet. He is a former CFO of Optus and former COO and finance director of Nine Entertainment.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and Australia.

Jenny Macdonald takes on the role of audit and risk committee chair. She is currently non-executive director of Bapcor, Redbubble, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries and Healius.
She was previously CFO and interim CEO of Helloworld Travel, and CFO and general manager (international) at REA Group.
Macdonald is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She studied commerce at Deakin University and holds a masters degree in entrepreneurship and innovation from Swinburne University.
SiteMinder's other directors are Mike Ford (co-founder and non-executive director), Paul Wilson (non-executive director and people and culture chair) and Les Szekely (non-executive director).
In related news, SiteMinder has lodged its prospectus with the Australian Security and Investments Commission as part of its IPO process.
