Pietschner was O'Brien's predecessor as ANZ managing director.

O'Brien joins Capgemini after almost 25 years at Deloitte, most recently serving as managing partner of Deloitte Consulting Australia.

Before joining Deloitte as a technology consultant, she spent two years with Andersen Consulting as a consultant.

O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) from Monash University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems from RMIT. She is a member of Chief Executive Women.
