Shaw joined Flexera in August 2021 as APAC cloud alliances manager, and has more than 25 years of experience in software.

He previously was enterprise sales director at Crayon, a director at Cloud9+9, a senior sales manager at Oracle, and a sales director at Avaya.

Earlier in his career Shaw worked in sales at LexisNexis, Gtech, Telstra and Worldcom after spending 13 years in the Royal Navy.

"I've spent more than two decades at technology companies in APAC, including Telstra and Oracle, and understand the complexities of today's IT environments. I'm very excited about the opportunity to help our partners and customers manage hybrid IT estates and drive digital transformation through Flexera One."

Flexera's APAC presence includes a significant engineering office in Melbourne, and a growing APAC sales team and partner network.

It is currently looking for major account managers nominally based in Melbourne and Sydney but with remote working.
