"Forecasting large year-on-year growth led us to look for candidates who match our culture of innovation, as well as collaboration with partners and customers," said WFS APJ senior vice president Nick Bailey.
"We are fortunate to have found people of both Chris [Ewan] and Mark [Quayle]'s calibre and look forward to working with them."
Chris Ewan has been appointed as SAP account director, meaning he is responsible for selling The WorkForce Suite as SAP's preferred cloud-based extension for workforce management.
He joins WFS from SAP, where he most recently headed the SuccessFactors solution advisory team.

Ewan previously worked in a similar role at Saba Software, and has also served as a business development manager at Impart (now Workstar), and as a project manager at Angus Knight Group.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science form the University of New England, and a graduate diploma in IT from University of Technology Sydney.
"I can see the market demand for advanced workforce management solutions growing exponentially for many years. Working directly with SAP as their preferred global workforce management vendor is a great honour and recognition of the value of the WorkForce software solutions across all industries," said Ewan.
Mark Quayle is now WFS's New Zealand sales leader.
He previously worked at Ceridian NZ as an account executive, after holding similar positions at Oracle and NCR.
Earlier in his career he worked in business development roles at Advance Equipment Supplies, Ingram Micro Vantex and Maclean Computing, and as regional partner manager at Telecom New Zealand.
"I'm extremely excited to be joining the team here at WFS and accelerate the growth of our software solutions locally," said Quayle.
"The proven ability and strength of WFS to deliver on the complex workforce management requirements of New Zealand businesses, along with our strategic partnerships with vendors like Oracle, SAP and Workday, put us in a unique position to add significant value to our existing and future clients."
