Doyle has more than two decades of experience in human resources, talent management and executive leadership.

Doyle previously served as group executive, chief human resources officer and corporate affairs at Rabobank, chief people officer at McDonalds Australia, APAC head of HR and group company secretary at BNP Paribas, group executive for people and culture at Perpetual, group general manager people at Qantas, and executive general manager people at the Commonwealth Bank.
She is also chair of Super Recruiters, and a founding board member of the International Women's Forum.
Doyle was previously a non executive director of Mason Stevens and of Ambition, and was chair of the Odyssey House McGrath Foundation.
She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from the University of Technology Sydney, an MBA from the University of New England; graduate diplomas in vocational education and training from UTS and in clinical psychology from Charles Sturt University; and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.
