Buer brings more than 25 years' experience to Dell Technologies.

She joins the company from Cisco, where she most worked as managing director and country leader for New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Buer previously worked as head of collaboration at Spark New Zealand, head of product at Gen-i, programme director at Microsoft, and Australia and New Zealand head of emerging business at Telecom New Zealand.

In 2018 she received the Women In ICT Achievement award.
