Aguilar brings more than 30 years of experience in the digital and technology industry to Acoustic.

She joins the company from the Havas agency where she was head of customer experience and analytics.
Aguilar's previous roles include senior consultant at Catchi, senior engagement manager at 2DataFish, digital solution expert at Gruden, senior consultant at MAD Professional Services, ICT program leader at Parramatta City Council, and business development director at ThoughtWorks.
She has also worked for HotHouse Interactive, Nielsen, Strategist Group, and www.consult.
Aguilar holds a degree in business administration and management for the University of Vienna.
