The arrangement will see Pegasystems provide free training to WithYouWithMe students so they can become Pega certified professionals.
This means they will be 'job ready' for projects that require the specific Pega qualifications in process automation.
WithYouWithMe makes technology roles more accessible to ex-military personnel through free online training programs that last for up to 12 weeks.

Training is available in areas such as IT support, software engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, intelligent automation, systems engineering, and project support.
Pega and WithYouWithMe are working together in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Pablo Quintana (pictured), a former sailor in the Royal Australian Navy, participated in the WithYouWithMe program.
"Leaving the Royal Australian Navy, I found it difficult to adapt to anything new. I went from being a cook in a cafe, to a janitor and was even considering working at a fast-food restaurant. None of my skills at the time felt transferable," he said.
"That changed when I found WithYouWithMe and heard about their partnership with Pega. I couldn't believe I'd get paid to learn and upskill in their low-code platform, and then be offered a job at the end of the training straight away, it almost seemed too good to be true."
WithYouWithMe trained more than 1,600 veterans in the last two years. 1,380 were directly placed into employment, and 92% of which were retained permanently within their first 18 months.
"I am pleased that through this partnership we are enabling Veterans to enhance their employability, post their service, into tangible roles that recognise the inherent skills that they acquired during their service," said Pega ANZ vice president Michael Evans.
"Such a partnership is also creating a talented pool of digitally trained professionals that will provide a valuable contribution to a modern and vibrant Australian economy."
WithYouWithMe CEO and co-founder Tom Moore said "We are super excited to scale our program with Pega to help turn Aussie diggers into developers in two weeks. We tested 30,000 veterans and found that 67% have the same aptitude traits as the best software engineers, yet often they're not given a fighting chance.
"When veterans are empowered and trained by Pega on their low-code platform, they are able to break through into tech roles that were previously inaccessible to them."
