“Our employees are at the heart of our business, and by putting them first, we’ve fostered a community where employees can grow as individuals and work as a collective. HCLTech has introduced a raft of initiatives to enhance its employee development, such as our TechBee Early Career Program which trains the next generation of Australia’s tech leaders while tackling the global tech skills shortage. We’re looking forward to expanding these programs and initiatives in 2023 and furthering our commitment to our valued HCLTech employees” said Michael Horton, Executive Vice President and Country Manager Australia and New Zealand.

“Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organisations. And we have witnessed this in our Top Employers Certification program this year: an exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2023. And amongst this community of outstanding organizations, HCLTech, has proven their commitment to their employees on a global scale,” said David Plink, CEO, Top Employers Institute.

“This consistency in people practices across the globe characterizes an exclusive group of companies that have achieved a global certification through the Top Employers program. We are proud to announce and celebrate these companies and their achievement in 2023.”

“We’re incredibly thrilled that our efforts to create an inclusive and progressive company culture have earned us a spot as a Top Employer for 2023,” said Ramachandran Sundararajan, Chief People Office, HCLTech.

“Our fundamental belief that great ideas can come from anyone has helped us maintain a culture of diversity and innovation that empowers our 220,000+ employees – or ‘ideapreneurs,’ as we call them – to consistently deliver impactful outcomes for not only themselves and their own careers, but the thousands of companies with which we work to drive technological transformation and modernization across industries.”

In addition to Global Certification, HCLTech has also received certification as a Top Employer Asia Pacific, Europe and North America for 2023 and the program has certified and recognised over 2,000 Top Employers in 121 countries and regions across five continents.

Hybrid cloud promises to bring together the best of both worlds enabling businesses to combine the scalability and cost-effectiveness of the cloud with the performance and control that you can get from your on-premise infrastructure.

Reducing WAN latency is one of the biggest issues with hybrid cloud performance. Taking advantage of compression and data deduplication can reduce your network latency.

Research firm, Markets and Markets, predicted that the hybrid cloud market size is expected to grow from US$38.27 billion in 2017 to US$97.64 billion by 2023.

Colocation facilities provide many of the benefits of having your servers in the cloud while still maintaining physical control of your systems.

Cloud adjacency provided by colocation facilities can enable you to leverage their low latency high bandwidth connections to the cloud as well as providing a solid connection back to your on-premises corporate network.
