The acquisition is part of OSF Digital's strategy to grow across the APAC region.
The company has made six acquisitions in the region in the past nine months.
Datarati has customers in the retail and consumer goods, communications and media, financial services, insurance, and health care industries.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
OSF Digital has more than 1500 employees and 40 offices worldwide. Its customers include L'Oréal, Burton Snowboards, Ubisoft, Geox, Lush Handmade Cosmetics, and Domaine Chandon.
