Aussie Broadband wins gold at the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards

By Aussie Broadband

COMPANY NEWS: Telecommunications company Aussie Broadband has won the Gold Stevie Award for the Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service (Telecommunications Industries) at the ninth annual Stevie Awards.

Aussie Broadband managing director Phillip Britt said investing in technology was crucial to the company’s success and reputation.

“We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to approach the work we do. Investing in technology, along with our exceptional customer service, is how we’re continuing to change the telco game,” said Britt.

“Being recognised on an international level for our innovative projects such as Carbon, MyAussie and the Fault Detector Project is a huge achievement, considering this is our first time entering the Stevie Awards,” said Britt.

“Winning organisations this year have demonstrated that they have continued to innovate and succeed despite the COVID-19 pandemic, and we applaud them for their perseverance and creativity. We look forward to celebrating many of this year’s winners during our virtual awards ceremony on 29 June,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller.

Cisco Systems, Telkom Indonesia, Wolters Kluwer Asia Pacific, Swire Properties, Sino Group, and Tata Communications also won the Gold Stevie Award.

The Stevie Awards are the only business awards program to recognise innovation in the workplace in all 29 nations of the Asia Pacific region.
