Users of Microsoft's Exchange Online service have been unable to access email since 10.10am UTC (9pm Monday AEDT), with the company promising another update in about eight hours.
After nearly 18 hours of an outage, Microsoft finally fixed the problem with its Azure cloud service by using an act familiar to Windows users: rebooting.
Users at XDA-Developers and Samsung’s US community website are reporting random reboots, with home remedies on offer including weather widget removal.
