Customers have become increasingly satisfied over the past 12 months with the service they receive from telecommunications providers, according to a newly published survey, despite previously reduced levels of satisfaction.

Telstra has launched its loyalty program — Telstra Plus — claiming a ‘first of its kind' loyalty program for an Australian telco.

Telstra has invested $11.8 million in US-based software support and technical services company Boomtown as the company accelerates its continued growth and on-going investment in its relay software as a services platform.
