Global vehicle rental firm Hertz has sued business process provider Accenture for failing to deliver a website that it was contracted to build in 2016, but could not produce until its services were terminated in 2018.

Ars Technica's Goodin sued by security firm

Security firm Keeper Security has sued Ars Technica security editor Dan Goodin, accusing him and his employer of defamation, violation of the Illinois Deceptive Trade Practices Act and commercial disparagement under Illinois law.
