Telstra has launched its "Telstra Go Repeater", dubbed "an intelligent antenna solution designed to improve mobile coverage or provide coverage in most places where it’s unavailable".
Australia’s mobile services market will undergo significant change, with the advent of 5G driving price competition, according to a new report which estimates the number of 5G connections will reach more than 10 million by the end of FY2022. It also says at least one network operator will begin shutting down 3G services by 2020.
