NBN Co has further extended its National Broadband Network 40% additional wholesale Connectivity Virtual Circuit (CVC) capacity offer at no extra cost to Internet retailers until the end of November.
Data demand on the National Broadband Network’s main wholesale access service continues to peak above pre-COVID-19 levels as more Australians continue to rely on the network for their work, entertainment and education needs, according to the latest report from NBN Co, the operators of the NBN.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has proposed new terms aimed at improving NBN Co’s wholesale service levels, including a reworked rebate structure increasing the size of rebates for missed appointments, late connections and unresolved faults.
